Hearts of Kings
Two summer's sons with hearts of kings
Look to the morning east from where you come
Piercing the clouds with souls burning bright
To bring life to the darkest of night
Thinking not of where or might have been
Following the dreams to the sunset's end
By growing dandelions with wishes to send
Showering the world spreading springtime seeds
With hearts of kings baring simple deeds
With hearts of kings two summer's sons
Look to the morning east for where they come
Glazing the plains with light to find
Grains mirror reflection of fatherhood kind
Day after day another passing by
Pastures feeding on a tear drop sky
Soaking up those tiny kisses of dew
Returning to the earth but never knew
With hearts of kings they were the two
